• The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, ensuring their success on our platform. • The role focuses on driving partner engagement, optimizing discoverability, and improving restaurant revenue by increasing order value (OV). • The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing partner relationships, reducing churn, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience • Previous B2B experience is considered an asset • A desire to take ownership of ambitious targets • Capability to understand data and turn it into effective insights • World-class communication skills • Eager to learn and improve • Razor-sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • A keen interest in the food industry and the world of restaurants • Additional languages are considered an asset
