• Educate 360 is a family of specialized brands helping individuals and organizations gain skills • We develop integrated solutions for enterprise customers’ learning & development goals • TCM Security specializes in penetration testing and cybersecurity consulting • As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the acquisition of new clients • Collaborate with the Head of Cybersecurity and engineering team • Responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, and closing sales opportunities • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing • Build strong relationships and maintain accurate records in CRM • Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and industry regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B tech, cybersecurity, consulting environment • Experience selling penetration testing services is a huge plus but not required! • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs • The ability to “read a room” and get to know a very diverse audience • Dynamic communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Quick to respond to current and potential customer requests and inquiries • Able to understand complex technical concepts and regularly dialogue with customers about penetration testing and security assessment methodologies • Dedicated to building strong relationships over time • Proven ability to build Outbound Campaigns using various messaging channels • Self-sufficient at a high level within a remote work setting • Attitude: positive and resilient • Team Player: our sales team works closely with the technical team, project manager, marketing
