📋 Description

• The Sales Director for ChipIgnite will be a highly motivated and experienced sales leader responsible for driving the adoption and revenue growth of the ChipIgnite program. • This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building strong relationships with potential customers, and managing a high-performing sales team. • Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscape, and identify emerging trends to inform sales strategies and product development. • Manage sales forecasting, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management. • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives. • Serve as a brand ambassador for Efabless and ChipIgnite at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the semiconductor or related technology industry, with a focus on SaaS or platform solutions. • Strong understanding of semiconductor design, manufacturing, and the overall industry landscape. • Familiarity with ASICs, FPGAs, and IP cores is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
