Description

• The Director of Sales plays a strategic role in leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives. • Directly managing key client relationships and driving business growth. • Overseeing complex sales cycles and guiding strategic account development. • Aligning technology solutions to meet client needs. • Measured by team performance, client acquisition, revenue growth, renewal rates, and overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing a sales team, particularly within technology sales. • Proven experience in mentoring and leading sales teams to exceed targets. • Strong track record of selling complex IT solutions and closing professional services business. • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and key clients. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions. • Experience working in a remote environment with a distributed team. • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. • Willingness to travel periodically to meet clients or attend events.
