Description

• Deliver highest quality service meeting KPIs and objectives • Primary point of contact for assigned top partners • Develop high-level strategies to drive partner growth • Own revenue and growth targets • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders • Identify potential challenges and develop risk mitigation strategies • Escalate issues and coordinate resources • Schedule and lead meetings to ensure partner experience • Conduct regular business reviews to articulate partner performance • Coach and advise partners on marketing best practices • Collaborate with internal teams on sales forecasting • Develop reporting and presentation slides • Analyze partner performance metrics and propose solutions • Independently determine methods for new assignments

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in account management, partner success, customer success, and/or client services • Proficiency in developing and executing partner success strategies • Experience with marketing for conversions and data-driven environments • Deep understanding of Medicare and related insurance sales • Experience developing Partner/Customer Success Strategies and Tools • Critical thinking to evaluate opportunities and assess partnership risks • Analytical, results-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills • Ability to exercise independent judgment • Experience with cross-functional teams (Sales, Partner Operations, etc.) • Exceptional time management and communication skills • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects • Experience preparing and delivering presentations and business reviews • Strong leadership skills to mentor junior account managers • Proficient with Microsoft Office products • Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce and Adobe Analytics is a plus • Strong organizational and self-management ability • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Willingness to travel when needed
