• Assist the COO with managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing team calendars. • Create visually engaging content and designs using Canva for presentations, reports, and marketing materials. • Support digital marketing initiatives, including managing social media posts, email campaigns, and online advertisements. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. • Analyze marketing and operational data to provide actionable insights for improvement. • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Manage and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates to ensure smooth operations. • Collaborate with team members across departments to support operational and marketing objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations support, digital marketing, or project coordination. • Proven expertise in Canva design and creating professional visuals. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Familiarity with operations workflows and business strategies is a plus.
