• Triage, respond, and resolve customer cases • Troubleshoot Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications • Manage support ticket volume and ensure responses within 24 hours • Foster relationships with graduated users and address service requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 1+ years in customer service or customer-facing role • Experience in healthcare environment preferred • Experience with Revenue Cycle Management preferred • Familiarity with Intercom, Salesforce & Jira preferred
