• Respond to customer and merchant inquiries, problem solve with speed and reliability. • Complete necessary documentation for customer interactions, comply with policies. • Participate in team huddles/committees, grow and learn through training and mentoring.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of call customer service experience. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. • Customer-first mindset, enjoy solving moderately complex procedures. • Ability to work full-time based on assigned shift, including rotational shifts. • Strong knowledge of PCs, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are an asset.
