• Our team is committed to enhancing physician and patient quality of life through Elation Health, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. • We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our expanding Enterprise Sales Team. • The primary function of this role will be to partner with our sales leadership team to drive and nurture prospect engagement as we built Elation’s Enterprise portfolio. • This role requires strategic and strong critical thinking skills in order to gain access to executives in a wide range of healthcare organizations, from mid market practices to billion dollar healthcare enterprises. • Manage and close a pipeline of enterprise healthcare organizations • Act as a thought leader and innovator as we evolve our Enterprise Sales strategy • Meet or exceed quota of MRR booked • Deliver engaging, clinically relevant product demonstrations to interested physician prospects • Manage RFPs process to meet external deadlines • Use critical thinking to solve complex problems in the sales cycle • Research and understand the complexity and trends in healthcare • Own timely, accurate reporting of performance to sales leadership on a regular basis • Develop territory strategy and generate new leads • Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation, and collaborate with the Product Development organization on sales technology initiatives • Own an upsell or expansion pipeline of named accounts brought on • Internalize company culture and represent this externally
• Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years selling complex SaaS application software in a quota-carrying sales role; within the healthcare industry • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a virtual sales environment • Prior management experience a bonus • Strong intrapersonal skills • Experience selling to C-level executives • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
