β€’ Eleos Health is committed to transforming mental health care through data-driven insights and technology that improve patient outcomes. β€’ As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission by combining inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to drive pipeline growth. β€’ Responsible for both inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification efforts. β€’ Engage with potential clients from various channels, assess their needs, and create opportunities for our sales team. β€’ Reporting to the SDR Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead journey.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years as an SDR or similar sales role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the behavioral health space. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification metrics. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and research tools such as LinkedIn Navigator. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different personas. β€’ Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively. β€’ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and overcome barriers to prospect engagement. β€’ Familiarity with the challenges, terminology, and stakeholders in the behavioral health space is highly preferred. β€’ Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow within the sales organization.
