• We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a unique blend of customer service and marketing experience to join our team as a Customer Service & Marketing Specialist. • In this role, you will play a vital part in engaging with our customers while also helping to generate leads and grow our affiliate and influencer marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in both customer relations and marketing strategies. • You will generate leads for our affiliate program by identifying and contacting potential partners, influencers, and affiliates. • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and other marketing partners, facilitating collaboration to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. • Manage outreach efforts, including email campaigns and social media messaging, to drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and/or marketing roles, preferably in lead generation or affiliate marketing. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customers and partners. • Experience in influencer outreach and affiliate marketing is a plus. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in customer service and marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll.
