Description

• The Marketing Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our brokerage team. • Manage various marketing tasks and ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns. • Create and update marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and social media content. • Assist with scheduling, calendaring, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably within the commercial real estate industry. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools. • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and practices is a plus.
