Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred • 10+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role • Proven success in managing high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets • Deep understanding of legal technology and ERP solutions • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills • Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
