Your oversight ensures that all related sales data meet our stringent quality standards. β€’ Coach and Train Sales Reps: Conduct individual coaching and shadowing sessions, translating insights into performance improvements. Your hands-on guidance fosters ongoing growth and skill development. β€’ Provide Actionable Insights: Analyze trends that impact sales and churn, delivering strategic insights to both management and reps. Requirements

β€’ Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a related field such as Business, Communication, or Sales. β€’ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), capable of comprehending subtle nuances in sales call recordings with our students in the US and the UK. β€’ Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach is essential for analyzing calls and providing accurate reports. β€’ Tech-Savvy: Good understanding of technology, including experience with Zoom or similar platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets or other reporting tools. β€’ Work Ethic: A self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently, managing repetitive tasks without losing motivation or focus. β€’ Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate findings and insights effectively with the sales department and other team members.
