Description

• Manage smaller pharmacy accounts across Canada. • Support operational needs of embecta pharmacy accounts. • Responsible for new business development in small distributer space. • Prepare regular reports on account status and performance. • Maintain excellent customer relationships and stay up to date with industry trends.

Requirements

• University Degree required. • 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical / medical device sales required. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular). • Strong understanding of business finance (preferred). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. • Ability to understand and interpret client data to make informed decisions. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams. • Time management skills and ability to handle multiple key accounts simultaneously.
