Description

•Lead the envisioning, development, and execution of our payments strategy and product roadmap. •Ensure a seamless, secure, and innovative experience for customers across all global expense and invoice platforms. •Own our payments strategy end-to-end, driving alignment across platforms for a unified vision. •Simplify B2B payments and maximize monetization opportunities from platform volume. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, marketing, and operations. •Require understanding of the payments ecosystem, leadership skills, and passion for product experiences.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. •7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.5+ years of experience in B2B payments or Fintech. •Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including credit card processing, digital wallets, ACH, B2B payment platforms, and emerging payment technologies (e.g., cryptocurrency, cross-border payments). •Proven track record of launching and scaling payment products across multiple markets, integrating solutions seamlessly across platforms to deliver cohesive, revenue-driving experiences. •Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. •Experience in an agile development environment and using product management tools like Jira, Confluence, etc. •Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
