• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and key stakeholders • Develop a deep understanding of account needs and provide tailored solutions • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Conduct regular account reviews and analysis • Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics • Deliver presentations and training sessions to stakeholders • Participate in industry conferences and networking activities

Requirements

• Experience in higher education sector or business-to-business selling • Strong relationship management skills • Ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities • Excellent communication and presentation skills
