Description

• The Area Vice President of Sales leads order bookings growth and customer satisfaction across the Central U.S. • Develops regional strategies, builds strong customer relationships, and partners with distribution to drive above-market growth. • Responsibilities include expanding the opportunity pipeline, executing growth programs, forecasting orders, and coaching the sales team for maximum impact. • Oversees a diverse range of Discrete Automation technologies sold through multiple channels to various industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; • Relevant years of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or a related sector, with relevant years in a leadership role commensurate with the level of this position; • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time; • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills; • Strategic problem solver with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles; • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
