Description

• Employment Hero is searching for a customer-centric marketer. • As our Customer Marketing Manager in the UK, you’ll take the lead on all customer marketing campaigns, from email marketing activities to in-platform messaging. • You’ll be a true customer champion, crafting personalised customer journeys and delivering world-class Net Promoter Scores. • The UK Customer Marketing Manager would be a part of the wider UK Marketing Team. • They will also work as part of the global Customers Marketing Team who has three core objectives: Adoption & Education, Loyalty & Advocacy, Growth. • As a primary area of focus, the UK customers marketer will be driving the Loyalty and Advocacy objective in the UK.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with customers directly and being the positive and outgoing face of Employment Hero for our customers • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced, B2B industry ( tech, SaaS, and startups a plus) • Proven experience developing and delivering successful CRM/customer marketing campaigns • Proven experience driving social proof from a customer base of a SaaS product • Hands-on experience with CRM management platforms, especially Marketo and Salesforce • Demonstrable experience setting up marketing automations and workflows • Strong communication and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail • Passionate about the potential customer & how automated campaigns and communications can aid every stage of their journey • Comfortable testing and iterating on campaigns and running A/B tests • You will have analytical skills and be data-driven in your thinking, and be proficient in reporting campaign effectiveness • A creative problem solver and critical thinker, with great attention to detail • Degree qualified in marketing or a related field (desired) • Comfortable and confident surfacing opportunities, explaining your ideas, taking briefs, and participating in brainstorming sessions • Able to work independently in a “remote first” work environment and to agreed deadlines • Willingness to take ownership • Excellent xfn communication and stakeholder management skills
