• Provide relationship management and oversee 85 small plans, generally in the $5M - $25M range. • Responsible for client retention and growing our existing plans. • Manage the relationship with client, including education strategies, plan review, and asset diversification. • Assist the sales team on developing new business and attending finals presentations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline • 4-7 years financial services experience • FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines • FINRA fingerprinting required • Previous experience presenting to large groups and individuals • Advanced 401k, compliance, plan documentation and investment knowledge • Ability to travel the majority of the time using personal vehicle to go to local meetings with plan sponsors and brokers • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.
