• 5+ years' as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification or experience. • 7+ years' experience managing Agile processes and leading Scrum teams and/or 2+ years' management experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification or experience. • Proven experience managing Agile processes and leading Scrum teams. • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
