Description

• Lead the development and implementation of design systems. • Establish UX research practices for informed design decisions. • Oversee UX writing practice for clear communication. • Lead and mentor UX teams focusing on design systems, research, and UX writing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital design. • Experience in building, growing, and leading high performing teams. • Expert ability to inform and influence product strategy. • Proficiency in design software, primarily Figma (Adobe Suite as baseline). • Expertise in developing design systems for product design teams. • Proven expertise in UX interaction design and visual craft. • Experience in UX writing for digital products. • Understanding of basic applied principles of code (e.g., SwiftUI, Javascript, CSS preferred). • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
