The Energy Vault Solutions team also develops and manages our AI/ML powered software applications that include EMS, Lifecycle Management, and Energy Trading Platforms. • Your Impact as a Director, Field Services: • Energy Vault is seeking a Director, Field Services to help manage a portfolio of projects executed by Energy Vault where Energy Vault has warranty obligations or hold LTSA contracts. Ideal candidate shall possess experience in managing services with full P&L responsibility from either Wind, Solar, Storage or other electrical generation resources.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with management • Minimum 8 years of experience in management of services and operations in renewable power generation or service focused organization that includes electrical, controls, and network communication systems. • Strong negotiation, facilitation, risk management, and consensus-building skills. • Knowledge of general and national codes and standards applicable to medium voltage power systems, Solar Energy or Energy storage systems is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and influence positively a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. • Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality. • Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record. • Must be able to travel to domestic locations as needed per project. • Demonstrated professional appearance and conduct. • Work will be performed in a standard office environment, in front of a computer monitor, and will involve sitting, bending, standing, walking, typing, and reaching. • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, up to 40%. • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, rapid growth environments. • A passion for sustainability, our mission, and our vision is a bonus!
