•About Us: Endpoint is an interactive response technology (IRT®) systems and solutions provider that supports the life sciences industry. •Position Overview: The Senior Director, Operations Testing establishes best-in-class, state-of-the-art testing processes and tools to optimize operations and ensure the highest quality of application delivery. This role is responsible for facilitating testing delivery excellence for clients, maintaining oversight of operations testing-related activities, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Additionally, they will also serve as a technical liaison, interfacing with clients to address their needs and provide expert guidance.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience. •Minimum of 15 years of progressive responsibility in software testing, with experience in testing automation preferred. •10+ years’ experience in the life science industry. •Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and foster a commitment to excellence. •Prior experience implementing testing automation to scale delivery. •Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred. •Prior experience delivering eClinical technologies is a big plus. •Proven leadership experience leading distributed teams, especially in a regulated industry, is highly desirable.
