• As a Customer Success Analyst at Enerex, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and successful experience with our software. • You will be responsible for customer onboarding, providing comprehensive training, creating detailed documentation, and offering ongoing support to help customers maximize the value of our products. • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform. • Deliver engaging, in-depth training sessions to clients on the use and best practices of our software. • Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation to support client education and product usage. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions, utilizing platforms such as Zendesk. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and helping them achieve their business goals using Enerex products. • Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to communicate client feedback and advocate for client needs.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or software industries. • Industry knowledge of the energy sector is preferred. • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Will take ownership of a project and see it through to completion, even with obstacles. • Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and superior attention to detail. • Can work individually, but has a team player mentality and the ability to gel with an established team, embracing our “All for One and One for All” (#A4004A) motto. • A passion for helping customers succeed, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
