Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in customer success or consulting roles • Preferably within software technology, data analytics, or wellness industries • Experience managing high-value accounts with an annual revenue of $500,000 or more • Entrepreneurial problem solver • Proven experience as an individual contributor in a team setting • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in data analytics and Excel • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders • Data savvy and ROI centric • Education and/or work background in technical, analytical, or engineering fields
