📋 Description
• Enertiv is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Development Manager (CDM) • Act as the primary client contact, building relationships with stakeholders • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through engagement initiatives • Expand existing accounts by identifying new opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve escalations • Partner with customers to define success metrics, track progress, and achieve measurable results
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years managing relationships from project teams to the executive level • Strong understanding of how to navigate multi-tiered organizations • Strong commercial experience growing existing accounts ARR • Highly proficient communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Strong customer orientation, with ability to identify problems and formulate solutions • Strong organizational skills with ability to take on multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing team environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for dynamic audiences • Adaptable to rapid growth and change
