Description
• Provide elite level Customer Support working with end customers and partners • Support the Dialogic product line including SBC, Control Switch, and MGWs • Participate in new project Kick Off meetings • Deliver Product Training courses for the Dialogic product line • Assist the Maintenance MSE team with troubleshooting Maintenance Tickets
Requirements
• BS in Computer Science or Related Field or Equivalent Technical Training and Work Experience • Minimum Of 5 Years’ Experience in Designing, Implementing and Supporting Voice Telephony Deployments • Prior SBC and C4 Soft Switch experience is necessary • Strong Skills In SIP, SIP Call Tracing, TDM, TDM Call tracing, SS7, ISDN, TCP/IP And VoIP Protocols • Strong Customer Relations Skills Are Required • Ability to Travel US and International if requested (<50% Travel) • Bilingual (Spanish), highly desired • Legally eligible to work in the country without employer sponsorship
