Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the Foundation’s CRM. • Monitor and enter data, generate reports, build dashboards, and create effective solutions. • Deploy CRM configuration changes, customize user experience, lead integration of new platforms, install updates, manage user licenses, improve data hygiene, support requirement gathering, assist with special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Certified Salesforce Administrator. • 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems and databases required; experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack strongly preferred. • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms. • Knowledgeable in data governance processes and data quality best practices. • Highly meticulous and organized, with exceptional attention to detail. • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite. • Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus. • Understanding of fundraising/development is a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work with minimal to moderate supervision.
