Description

• Selling EPLAN LLC to balance existing customer management while building a pipeline of new business. • Working closely with the national consulting engineering team to provide detail-specific solutions. • Analyzing customer facilities and requirements to drive their business needs through the EPLAN platform. • Representing and communicating EPLAN’s overall Software and training product line to potential and current customer base. • Assessing customer needs and partnering with EPLAN’s professional service specialists to provide a full scope of product solutions. • Focus sales efforts by studying existing accounts and past issues. • Monitoring competitive publications by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and accounts. • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management. • Attending networking events within the assigned territory to increase sales and market share. • Working closely with the inside sales team to provide timely and profitable quotes. • Assisting in the development of the annual business plan and coordinating its implementation. • Keeping management apprised of market trends and sales opportunities. • Working in conjunction with local distributors. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a degree in Business Administration/Marketing along with relevant experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS platforms. • Strong knowledge of the CAE/CAD marketplace and engineering applications. • Preferred candidates with experience in the industrial automation industry. • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and build strong relationships with c-level and senior management of clients. • Highly proficient in computer skills including internet, CRM, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and with a complete understanding of consultative and solution selling strategies.
