• 3+ years of customer relationship or account management experience in SaaS • Results-oriented mindset • Experience in facilitating meetings with customers of various levels • Strong project management and time management skills • Hands-on experience with product training • Empathy for customers • Passion for making meaningful contributions to customer success • Willingness to work in a rapidly growing startup environment
