Description

β€’ Customer Success Manager on the Customer Advocacy team β€’ Make customers' voices heard within the company β€’ Attend Ramp Camp for onboarding β€’ Conduct customer check-ins and prepare impact reviews β€’ Take ownership of a customer portfolio β€’ Develop customer relationships through various communication methods β€’ Teach customers best practices for using Lever products β€’ Educate customers on the value of Lever's products β€’ Provide feedback for process improvements β€’ Advocate for customer needs internally β€’ Handle high-stakes, time-sensitive issues with customers β€’ Collaborate with Customer Account Executives for account renewal and upsell attainment β€’ Assist in training new Customer Success Managers

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of customer relationship or account management experience in SaaS β€’ Results-oriented mindset β€’ Experience in facilitating meetings with customers of various levels β€’ Strong project management and time management skills β€’ Hands-on experience with product training β€’ Empathy for customers β€’ Passion for making meaningful contributions to customer success β€’ Willingness to work in a rapidly growing startup environment
