• Oversee customer account management • Collaborate with sales team for growth opportunities • Cultivate new and existing client business relationships • Develop new business and identify areas of improvement • Create proposal presentations and RFP responses • Achieve sales goals by exceeding activity standards • Forecast and track key account metrics • Update job knowledge and stay aware of industry trends • Regular and reliable attendance • Perform other duties as assigned
• Minimum 5 years in Account Manager/BDE role in healthcare industry • Experience selling staffing and/or IT into Healthcare space preferred • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Overnight travel up to 50% by land and/or air
• Develop and maintain assigned territory with client relationships • Identify and grow opportunities within territory • Build and manage existing accounts and target new service line opportunities • Cultivate new and existing client business relationships • Ensure timely and successful delivery of staffing solutions • Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual sales goals • Forecast and track key account metrics • Update job knowledge and stay aware of industry trends • Regular and reliable attendance • Perform other duties as assigned
