Description
• Develop and manage customer relations for assigned accounts • Prospect within client companies for program penetration • Communicate extensively with clients regarding orders & shipping • Research and provide product recommendations • Work with clients utilizing company stores for merchandise flexibility • Prepare quotes for customer orders • Coordinate sales orders and artwork • Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows • Other selling duties as assigned based on business requirements
Requirements
• 3 years promotional product sales experience • Proficient in Microsoft applications • Experienced with CRM/ERP systems • Illustrator/Photoshop a plus • Above-average 10-key and typing skills • Effective problem-solving capabilities • Clear communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
