• Prospect and create opportunities for new business to build your clientele • Develop and manage customer relations for assigned accounts • Prospect and expand within your clientele to maximize opportunities and revenue • Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email regarding orders & shipping information • Research product and provide recommendations; provide virtual samples; physical samples • Work with clients utilizing company stores for merchandise flexibility

Requirements

• 3 years promotional product sales experience • Proficient in Microsoft Software applications • Experienced with CRM/ERP systems • Illustrator/Photoshop a plus • Above-average 10 key and typing skills • Effective problem-solving capabilities • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Ability to work well under pressure, on multiple projects, and meet deadlines
