Description

• Equip is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative for patient acquisition efforts through professional relationships • Drive strong brand presence and cultivate strategic referral partnerships • Lead outreach across a diverse portfolio of professionals and organizations • Embody values and mission as the face of Equip • Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a CRM • Plan and execute regional events • Collaborate with various departments for patient acquisition goals • Work hand-in-hand with Equip’s medical leaders • Identify territory needs and position Equip as a solution for providers • Create actionable plans to re-engage inactive providers • Collaborate with referral coordinators and admissions team • Work collaboratively with marketing, clinical operations, and client success teams • Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 2+ years experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building expertise • Ability to communicate, build rapport, and influence at all levels of an organization • Sharp organizational skills in a fast-paced environment • Proven track record of meeting goals • Comfortable with remote role and high autonomy • Ability to think critically and work through challenges Bonus if you have: • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup • Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment • Existing relationships with medical and clinical providers, hospitals, and schools
