Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in business analytics, finance, or related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS company, with exposure to Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations, including supporting sales teams with data-driven insights, forecasting, and pipeline analysis. • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analysis and data manipulation skills. Proficient in Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Hubspot, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Omni). Experience modifying and adjusting Salesforce for reporting and workflow optimization is a plus. • Problem-Solver: A natural problem-solver who can dive into complex data sets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve team efficiency and productivity. • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bonus: Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, or previous experience working with product and growth teams to analyze experimentation results.
