β€’ As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll be a key partner to our Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams, driving excellence through data insights, process improvements, and project management. β€’ Bring a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise in CRM and data systems, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. β€’ Shape customer strategy and performance by analyzing data, documenting requirements, addressing root causes, and organizing sprints for our Revenue Technology team. β€’ SaaS startup experience is essential for this role.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of general business experience, with ideally 3+ years focused on business analysis and cross-functional projects. β€’ Experience with prioritization methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or similar. β€’ Advanced analysis and technical skills, particularly in data manipulation; expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. β€’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. β€’ Strong time-management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. β€’ Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments and thrives in collaborative settings. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning. β€’ Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Jira, Confluence, Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and similar platforms is a plus. β€’ Experience working closely with B2B sales and customer experience teams to define workflows, evaluate tools, and build ideal customer profiles. β€’ Experience coordinating between marketing and sales for large-scale campaigns. β€’ Background in a scale-up environment, adept at managing evolving requirements.
