• As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll be a key partner to our Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams, driving excellence through data insights, process improvements, and project management. • Bring a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise in CRM and data systems, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Shape customer strategy and performance by analyzing data, documenting requirements, addressing root causes, and organizing sprints for our Revenue Technology team. • SaaS startup experience is essential for this role.
• 5+ years of general business experience, with ideally 3+ years focused on business analysis and cross-functional projects. • Experience with prioritization methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or similar. • Advanced analysis and technical skills, particularly in data manipulation; expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. • Strong time-management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments and thrives in collaborative settings. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning. • Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Jira, Confluence, Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and similar platforms is a plus. • Experience working closely with B2B sales and customer experience teams to define workflows, evaluate tools, and build ideal customer profiles. • Experience coordinating between marketing and sales for large-scale campaigns. • Background in a scale-up environment, adept at managing evolving requirements.
