Requirements

β€’ 4-6 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, sales training, product marketing, or related roles, preferably within a tech-enabled services company or digital marketing agency. β€’ Strong understanding of sales processes and the customer lifecycle, with experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales functions. β€’ Experience with product enablement and the ability to translate complex product features into compelling value propositions. β€’ Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs for client-facing teams. β€’ Experience creating engaging enablement content and delivering impactful presentations. β€’ Experience using data to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement efforts and make data-driven improvements. β€’ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. β€’ Strategic and analytical thinking with a knack for understanding the bigger picture. β€’ A technically savvy mindset with a passion for learning and translating product features into client value. β€’ Excellent communication with strong storytelling and relationship-building skills. β€’ A process-oriented and highly organized approach, with a focus on efficiency and scalability. β€’ A client-focused mindset with a deep understanding of how to create value for both internal teams and clients. β€’ Adaptability and resiliency, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
