Description
• Kin is on a mission to change home insurance and provide exceptional member service. • You will primarily own increasing the quantity and quality of leads that connect with our sales agents. • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations Systems team. • Design and implement data-driven strategies for optimizing acquisition funnel.
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing • Operations, Business Operations, Operational Finance, or similar roles • Data-driven decision maker, and able to use data to inform creative solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
