Description

β€’ Kin is on a mission to change home insurance and provide exceptional member service. β€’ You will primarily own increasing the quantity and quality of leads that connect with our sales agents. β€’ Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations Systems team. β€’ Design and implement data-driven strategies for optimizing acquisition funnel.

Requirements

β€’ 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing β€’ Operations, Business Operations, Operational Finance, or similar roles β€’ Data-driven decision maker, and able to use data to inform creative solutions β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
