• 5-7 years of professional experience in a data centric role • 2 + years working multifaceted data sets • 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Salesforce, and specifically Salescloud Reports & Dashboards • Demonstrable proficiency in data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization. • Proven experience interpreting data results and effectively presenting complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Analytical Problem Solving: balancing the need to deep dive into the details while also being able to step back and synthesize data to make meaningful recommendations. • Advanced Excel Skills required. You must be able to extract data, merge data sets and use advanced formulas and complex functions (such Vlookups and Nested If Statements). • Data Quality and Assurance Techniques: proven success in identifying and rectifying issues like missing values, duplicates, outliers, and incorrect data formats to maintain reliable data for analysis and decision-making • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills: Ability to articulate your ideas in presentations and reports across the organization, from your peers to executive leadership and develop excellent rapport with internal teams. • Must be detail oriented and be able to prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines • SQL knowledge (preferred): Ability to write SQL queries to access and analyze data from databases
