• Responsible for enhancing HR and people initiatives at Equality Now • Develops effective global people strategy • Oversees talent management activities including training, recruitment, and retention • Collaborates with senior leadership on strategic HR priorities • Leads employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree strongly preferred • Minimum 15 years global/multi-cultural HR experience; 10 years in a senior position • Experience working in dispersed and virtual organization(s) is a plus • Experience working in international organization(s) • SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR certification (or similar based on region) required • Project management skills and experience • Tech savvy and proficient with Trinet, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
