β€’ A Proxy Call Center Representative, who will work remotely, is an extremely professional individual, with excellent reading comprehension and verbal communication skills. β€’ To be successful in this role, a Proxy Call Center Representative must be able to multi-task in a high-volume production driven environment, while maintaining expected performance levels. β€’ Work on an automated dialer handling large call volumes daily. β€’ Manually research contact information for shareholders. β€’ Solicit shareholder votes and accurately record voting instructions. β€’ Respond to shareholder inquiries using fact sheets and materials provided. β€’ Maintain updated call center database by entering information. β€’ Ability to quickly react to questions and refer to support guides. β€’ Ability to effectively follow scripts and department procedures.

Requirements

β€’ Must be at least 18 years old. β€’ Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). β€’ Previous virtual Call Center experience preferred. β€’ Must be able to work remotely from a safe, private and quiet work location. β€’ Must have excellent phone etiquette. β€’ Must possess your own computer equipment with the following specifications : Windows PC (no iPads, MacBooks, or Chromebooks). β€’ Windows Operating System (preferably Windows 10). β€’ Google Chrome needs to be installed as the default browser. β€’ Unmetered private high-speed internet access essential (no standalone hotspots or cell phone hotspots accepted). β€’ Unmetered mobile phone access for the purposes of contact between you and our team. β€’ USB connected headset with noise cancelling features (not Wireless).
