Description

β€’ Responsible for managing the Call Center Technicians responding to customer calls and emails. β€’ Focus on providing an improved customer experience. β€’ Directly manages the Call Center team regarding support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. β€’ Develops and implements productivity metrics and tracks call volume. β€’ Maintains understanding of ABC system solutions for in-depth support. β€’ Liaise with IT Services for consistent customer experience. β€’ Responsible for team selection, development, and performance management.

Requirements

β€’ Requires training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations. β€’ Generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. β€’ Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. β€’ Knowledge of operating systems related to Microsoft Windows operating systems, IBM PC hardware and advanced knowledge of PC networking principles. β€’ Strong understanding of current technologies in area of expertise. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. β€’ Strong problem solving and organizational skills. β€’ Excellent leadership skills. β€’ Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines, good time management skills. β€’ Good interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong analytical skills.
