📋 Description
• The People Operations Associate will support People Operations functions. • Execute processes across the employee lifecycle. • Maintain employee records in our HRIS. • Manage the People team inbox and respond to employee inquiries. • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. • Manage offboarding procedures. • Generate reports on workforce trends. • Assist in implementing HRIS functionalities. • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows. • Support ad hoc People team projects and initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role. • Experience working in a fully remote environment. • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP experience preferred). • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and to meet deadlines. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
