•The Senior HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and will serve as the technical subject matter expert. •This role will provide expert level knowledge of Workday functionality, features, configuration and best practices. •This position is remote and will require a minimum of quarterly paid travel to meet with various stakeholders and team members. •The Senior HRIS Administrator will support and maintain the organization’s HRIS applications and modules.
•5+ years experience in Workday •Expert level knowledge of Workday payroll module •Knowledge of Workday absence, benefits, and time tracking modules preferred •Solid knowledge of HR business processes •Sound communication skills and the ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders. •Detail oriented, but able to pivot and re-prioritize efforts as required. •Additional Workday module and/or enterprise level system experience is a plus (Greenhouse, UKG, Docebo, Okta, etc.)
