Description

β€’ As an Outside Sales Representative - you will be the front line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. β€’ You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. β€’ You will develop customer relationships through attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. β€’ You will provide education of Resideo product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops. β€’ You will maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. β€’ You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. β€’ You will provide forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP). β€’ Drive business growth by discovering new opportunities, clients, and customers. β€’ Deliver value by forging new strategic relationships. β€’ Grow your knowledge of Resideo products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of security sales experience β€’ A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices β€’ Excellent team and communication skills β€’ An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction β€’ An ability to influence at the operational level β€’ An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships β€’ Significant experience in selling (industrial) products β€’ Deep technical expertise β€’ Understanding of the Resideo value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
