Description

• ESI is looking for a high-performing and self-motivated SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) with strong Healthcare software solution expertise to join our DDI implementation team and drive critical initiatives. • This role requires close collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams, and involves ongoing interaction with a variety of end-users and internal stakeholders. • The ideal candidate will have an acute knowledge of SSRS along with exceptional SQL skills and knowledge of SSIS while possessing 8-15 years of hands-on reports development experience along with various types of data repositories (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes, data marts), metadata management, dimensional modeling, and ETL / integration.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. • Advanced knowledge of SSRS with strong knowledge of other reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power Bi, for best practices in scalability, performance, content management and governance. • Advanced understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization with an advanced knowledge understanding of data extraction mechanisms and data warehousing concepts. • Strong development skills in SSRS, data analytics and visualizations.
