Description

• As our Sales Representative for the North Germany Region, your main objective will be to promote the company's product sales. • You will be accountable for providing effective customer service using knowledge of the company's products and services to ensure we meet customer needs. • Work closely with key external business partners and internal stakeholders. • Maximize sales and profit through the sale of implants and related products and solutions against the agreed sales plan. • Conduct operations of the sales role in line with internal procedure as well as external regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of ​​Sales or a similar industry • Native German speaker; English proficiency nice to have • Ability to work on field and travel around North Germany region. • Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with other people both inside or outside the organization • Ability to work with CRM • Used to work with reports of field visit, segmentation and sales force effectiveness KPIs • Strong presentation skills • Problem solving mentality and proactively addresses work-related problems. • Being dynamic, structured and persistent. • Capable of being influential, courteous and have good discussion making skills. • Ability to work in team. • Strong verbal, written and listening communications skills • Strong ability to follow up and execute • Sense of priority and good organizational skills • Customer Service oriented person • Ability to sell but also to offer business solutions to his customers
