Description

• Develop an area management plan and build a pipeline in the assigned sales area whilst utilising our channel partners • Demand generation including influencing tenders upfront throughout regular visits of decision-makers and buyers • Be able to articulate the Promethean value proposition and demonstrate the benefits of Promethean solutions • Presenting and selling complex and in need of explanation solutions • Supporting partners and resellers with demonstration, providing leads, training • Developing business with new and existing clients and identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas • Develop, maintain, and grow sales prospects and new opportunities with new and current customers in the area to increase revenue, margin, and market share • Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships • Forecast and supervise key account metrics including pipeline and lead management • Setting and execution of objectives and critical metrics

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred in either education or technology markets • Experience in selling sophisticated and need-explanation solutions • Knowledge of SalesForce.com or equivalent CRM software • Strong presentation and communication skills • English language skills required • Native or fluent German is required • Ability to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events • Excellent interpersonal, influential and communication skills with the ability to interpret and present technical information effectively • Experience in developing and delivering training and demonstration materials and editing digital content • Good knowledge and understanding of Promethean hardware and software • Well-organised, self-directed and motivated teammate, open to others’ ideas, willing to learn, detail orientated with pride in producing high-quality work
