🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of government contracting experience. • Demonstrated success in winning government contracts, with experience in managing contracts worth over $300M and generating direct company revenue in excess of $60M. • Proven ability in starting and building government business units from scratch. • Expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, HR planning, and revenue growth. • Strong skills in business development, relationship building, project management, operations management, and contract management. • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on staff training and team development. • Experience in proposal management and process improvements.
