Description

• Build relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs. • Develop strategies to grow and retain customer revenue base. • Serve as the key point of contact between company and client. • Achieve and improve customer retention targets. • Execute strategies to upsell and cross sell to existing customers. • Report on customer metrics like contact, renewals, and revenue. • Assist with customer escalations and provide resolutions. • Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, success, and support teams.

Requirements

• 2-6 years' experience in Account Management in SaaS or Technology. • Ability to upsell and cross sell to customers throughout their license period. • Strong retention and renewals skills to keep churn low. • Comfortable working remotely with teams in different time zones.
